Sylvia

Sylvia used to be a banker, but she's a nice person now!

Sylvia worked for 18 years in banking and witnessed the triumphs, problems and disasters of businesses. It was obvious that knowledge and skills made the difference between success and failure.

Sylvia wanted to help so she left banking and became a Business Adviser. She developed a new type of business support that focussed on the real needs of clients and answered questions before they were even asked!

Having started her own business 9 years ago Sylvia also identified that our complicated tax system caused serious problems. "I realised that a communication barrier exists between HM Revenue & Customs and us ordinary people so I have developed training that overcomes these problems."

Some of Sylvia's clients were so delighted that they nominated her for a national award and she became Start up Business Adviser of the Year 2005.
